Just saying :P Two years ago I created this little fellow, the descendant of the Australian coelurosaur Timimus. https://www.deviantart.com/art/The-Poorwill-Mimic-243390235 Back then Timimus was believed to have been an ornithomimosaur and to show signs that it hibernated. So I assumed it would be possible for it to have a hump or similar structure to store fat during hibernation. I specifically mentioned that it didn´t have enlarged dorsal spines as that seemed just too weird for an ornithomimid to be true. So I´ve made this separated account for Speculative Evolution more than a year ago and still have made creature guides of only two places from the Late Cretaceous – before the whole "how would Maastrichtian animals evolve and go extinct during the Paleocene, Eocene, Oligocene, Miocene, Pliocene and Pleistocene?" speculation even starts. ^^; And I still continue to stumble over new (or overlooked) awesome discoveries (or clades brought up by ~JohnFaa (https://www.deviantart.com/johnfaa)) which I want to integrate into my project because I want to be up-to-date, because I want it to be different from the usual No K-T projects many guys at the Spec Evo Forum do or j

I´ve decided to "split" my account. From now on, I´ll submit all things which have to do with Speculative Evolution on this account.
